Will I be charged if the work isn’t done?
No, absolutely not. If we don’t complete the job, we don’t get paid. Any increase in job price will be discussed beforehand, we will never blindside you with an increased price.
Can all the locks in my home be keyed to one key?
Yes! If you have a key that slides into all your locks then we can simply re-key the locks.
Do I need a locksmith?
We always recommend lubricating the lock with Houdini spray, or changing batteries with Duracell, before calling us.
Do you have a physical location?
Yes, we have a physical shop we operate out of. Not every locksmith has a store, some are mobile only. But be cautious, there are many scammer locksmiths.
My vehicle remote broke apart. Can I fix it or do I have to buy a new one?
That depends! We’ll always try to get you going the most cost effective way. If the computer chip in the fob is still functioning, you don’t have to buy a new remote. Bring any and all pieces to us, and we can let you know if a remote shell is an option for you.
Can you install the locks I have or do I have to buy from you?
We will gladly install any lock of your choice. With so many styles, we have basic replacements on our vans for emergencies.
