Went in to have a replacement key made for my son’s truck. Everyone is super friendly, didn’t take too long and price was reasonable! Definitely will be back for any future needs!!!

B&B Lock & Key, really saved the day for me, my fiancés key for her Honda was broken, and we lost the metal part we only had the fob and the amazing people at B&B just asked me 5 quick and easy questions and were able to get the info they needed to laser cut a new key without the existing one, and it only took about 1 hr from start to finish they were very fast. I picked up the key and my finance had her car back and running by lunchtime. They completed it at a fair price! When I contacted the Honda dealership, they wanted $340 to do this and had a million hoops they wanted me to jump through! B&B came through for me way less expensive and way better customer experience 10/10 would recommend!

They do very good work for very fair prices in very efficient time. The interior of the building looks a bit off-putting, but I've never had any complaint about the quality of their work or conduct.

Great experience with B&B Lock & Key! After a disappointing visit to Lowe's where my keys were poorly cut, I was recommended to try B&B. I brought in a bunch of different keys, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was. The woman working also reassured me that if these new keys did not work, I could bring them back for adjustments. Great customer service, and that goes a long way. Will definitely be returning for any future key needs. Highly recommended!

Great place, they cut 2 keys for my motorcycle and did a great job.

I'm known of B & Lock & Keys, Inc. They have been in Statesboro for several years. Different location over the years, but the same expert, experience Technicians are still there.

Very professional and you can get a key made quickly, they also have the keyless options u can purchase for your vehicles.

Took about 20 knives to he sharpened. They were half of much than using ACE hardware which is the only other place to take your knives. Very nice people too.

10/10 Very friendly and pleasant staff! Able to cut a curt trailer hitch lock key that other places said that they couldn't find a match for. 100% returning here for any future lock and key needs.

I was stupid this morning and dropped my keys in my trunk and then realized what I had done. Of course, the car was locked. These guys rescued me very fast! I was afraid I’d be stuck awhile but there were there and had me unlocked in no time! They are very friendly and just seem like truly good people.

I locked my keys in my car right after work, and it was raining super hard. I called, they came in under 10 minutes, and everything went smooth. Friendly service, even in the downpour. Would recommend.

I was nervous at first, because I have a 2013 Mustang GT and am very protective of my car. First time I ever locked my keys in my car, so I didn't know what to expect. But, I'm happy to say that they were not only quick in their arrival, but very careful with my car and nothing was damaged. They used a pry bar and they knew what they were doing. Great job!

Austin is seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met! Very enthusiastic about his job and just overall a people person. He did the best job i’ve seen by any locksmith (customer service, timeliness, and just an overall job well done) and i’ve had to call car locksmiths a few times. I honestly believe this man should be given a raise or some kind of reward for the work he did on my car today. Great guy, great company. 10/10 would use this company again, but only if every employee has the customer service and skill that Austin displayed. :-) Thank you guys so much!

So thankful for B&B Lock & Key's quick service and quality products. They were able to come out to Savannah from Statesboro within one day to create 25 keys needed for a pool that we help manage through Market South Management. We had a specific key and they provided exactly what was needed.

I give B&B five stars for great staff ! If you have any questions the beautiful red head that works there will answer as best as she can . she is the sweetest young lady . I would recommend B&B to all because of the great work they do .

Excellent service I had lost the key to my semi truck while at home they were able to make a key off just a picture of our keys I got from the company I drive for very talented locksmith will use again if needed.

Locked my keys in my car today 10/3/16, called up and they gave me a flat rate price for unlocking it. guy who came out was a hoot and made leave this with a smile on my face, i recommend them to anyone in a jam.

Needed our locks re-keyed. Called on a Monday afternoon and they sent a technician out Tuesday afternoon. Very speedy and friendly service.

I've been using these services for going on two decades now the best lockout experts around and Pop-A-Lock they can make a key if you've lost your key and your locked out they'll open your car and make you a new key before they leave.

Had a key fob programmed and the staff was great. Definitely will reccomend.
